On August 6, at 20th anniversary of Henglong Group, Henglong’s one millionth steering gear was produced at the Hengsheng Automobile System Limited Company, the export base of Henglong Group.
This meaningful steering gear, tied with red silk, was passed among the staffs and Wang Jinglai, the general manager of Hengsheng. With the glory of Hengsheng staffs, he handed it to Yu Shengbin, who was once the first general manager of Hengsheng and now is the vice president of Hubei Henglong Group.
In 2009, Henglong Group became the sole supplier of power steering gear for Wrangler Chrysler by taking the place of Delphi Corporation, the largest auto parts supplier of the United States. The group has established Jingzhou Hengsheng Automobile System Limited Company, which independently develops the power steering gear system with full intellectual property rights to meet Chrysler’s technical parameter requirements.
With the success of Hengsheng, Henglong Group gets a window to European and American markets. With its IPR and effective cost control, Hengsheng is becoming more internationally competitive.
As the pioneer of Henglong Group to go global, Hengsheng plays an important role of exploring international automobile market.
